Our thoracic and respiratory department provides treatment for a wide variety of lung, breathing and allergy disorders for outpatients, inpatients and critical cases in the ICU. Our specialized respiratory team combines clinical care, research and education expertise to help patients breathe easier with treatments that improve their lung function.

We treat patients with asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchoscopy, chronic obstructive, cystic fibrosis, and pulmonary disorders including pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary sleep medicine. We offer lung cancer screening for high-risk patients to identify and treat cancers at the earliest possible stage, not to mention a thorough diagnosis and discussion of patients’ treatment options.

The department is also equipped with a lung transplant program which provides experienced care for patients with advanced lung diseases who require lung transplant surgery and ones who have received transplants and require special monitoring.
