Nephrology Department

• Clinical Nephrology service deals with various problems of nephrology: G.N., Hypertension, acute and chronic renal failure; both in-patient and out-patient

• Plasmapheresis unit.

• Hemodialysis unit: 6 Stations, with up-to-date equipment for both acute and chronic renal failure. Hemodialysis facility in the I.C.U. for the critically ill patient all under the direction of Prof. Riyad Said .

• Kidney transplant center , with nearly 40-45 transplants annually only from living relatives. The team consists of : Prof. Riyad Said – Nephrologist Dr. Suhayl Saleh – Vascular Surgeon Dr. Nader Y. Hamdallah - Urologist
